Episode 930 - HÚSAVÍK MUSEUM: MYNDLISTARSAFN ÞINGEYINGA / THE DISTRICT ART COLLECTION

Today on RÚV English Radio, a final visit - for now - to Húsavík's museum.

The District Art Collection (https://www.husmus.is/en/husavik-museum#district-art-collection) currently consists of almost nineteen hundred works - quite an increase since its foundation in 1978, when its first donation saw just 77 works by 30 artists.

Darren again spoke to the museum's Nicola Van Kuilenburg.
