Today, RÚV English speaks to Kathryn Gunnarsson, one of the managers of a research grant project, assessing the talent pool of foreign experts here in Iceland.

How easy is it for Icelandic companies to access foreign workers with particular skills? And is straightforward for those workers to find employment in Iceland?
