Episode 35 - THE HISTORY OF ICELANDIC MUSIC: ELECTRONIC

A brand new show comes to The RÚV English Podcast service today.

Every Friday, music journalist Lydia Athanasopoulou will join Darren to take a look and a listen to the history of Icelandic music, through a different genre each week.

We will explore choral, pop, classical, folk and rímur, the "golden oldies" of the 50s and 60s, Icelandic indie, and much more.

(And yes - a special Eurovision edition is on the way too!)

Today we examine electronic music in Iceland.
