Episode 31 - THE WEEK IN ICELAND: INGÓLFUR BJARNI SIGFÚSSON

Today Darren is joined by Ingólfur Bjarni Sigfússon from RÚV's award-winning investigative current affairs show Kveikur.

They discuss Monday's avalanches in East Iceland, the tragic death of a tourist at Glymur waterfall, proposals to charge motorists per-kilometre as they drive, and one union's concerns about ever-rising housing costs in Iceland.

The episode plays out with Icelandic electronic legends GusGus, and their new track Into The Strange.
