Elena Herdieckerhoff is an award-winning serial entrepreneur and acclaimed Consciousness Coach. She began her life in entrepreneurship with a career coaching business. Later, after selling a skincare company she founded, Elena found her calling as a business mentor for entrepreneurs with the HSP—or highly sensitive person—personality trait. Her TEDx Talk, 'The Gentle Power of Highly Sensitive People,' has garnered over 2 million views on YouTube and inspired Elena to establish Red Dot Stage, a TEDx Speaker Coaching services for entrepreneurs and thought leaders.
