A good business idea either solves a pain or provides a pleasure, but how do you identify what pain or pleasure points your clients want? After all, you don't know what you don't know!
Finding out what your clients really want from you is often easier than you may think. Your clients often want to see you succeed and are eager to share their problems, their pain points, and possible new product or service ideas with you.
In this episode, I talk about  why it's important to identify what your clients want and how to figure it out. I also share strategies on how you can identify your clients' pain points or pleasure points so you can give them what they want.
