Helgi and David had the very talented Justin Shouse on this episode to talk all things basketball and all things chicken wings since he owns Just Wingin' It along with his business partner, Lýður Vignisson. 
We begin by talking about transitioning from basketball and teaching to making food, then go into the Men's and Women's League and finish by talking about everything and nothing. In between we find time to talk about great match-ups and where we see the leagues going. Possibly our longest podcast yet, but totally worth it. Enjoy!
